Shipping & Return Policy

Fast Shipping from Our Ohio Warehouse

We proudly operate our own warehouse facility in Ohio, where our team works hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Orders placed during business hours are typically picked, packed, and shipped the same day.

Once your order is picked up by FedEx or USPS, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Most packages are delivered within 2–4 business days after shipping.

Note: We currently ship only within the United States.


Made-to-Order Products

Some of our t-shirts are made to order, which means they are custom-printed specifically for you after your purchase.

Please make sure to contact customer support before placing an order if you have any questions about sizing or details on a made-to-order product.

Because these items are created just for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • We shipped the wrong size or item due to an error on our part


Full Refunds: Lost or Undelivered Orders

We only offer full refunds in the event that:

  • Your order was never delivered, and

  • The tracking has not moved or shows as undelivered for an extended period of time

If your tracking appears stuck or your package never arrives, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking details. Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.


Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If your package contains any of the following issues:

  • You received the wrong item (design, size, or color)

  • Your item arrived damaged or unusable

  • An item you ordered is missing

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a clear description and any relevant photos so our team can quickly assist you.

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Re-ship the correct item at no cost to you

  • OR issue a store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s)

Note: We do not offer refunds or monetary compensation for these types of issues, even if the item was a gift or time-sensitive.


Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we understand—sometimes things happen! We offer a 30-day return policy, but the following conditions must be met:

  • You notify us within 30 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return is shipped to the address provided by our customer service team

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping charges) to your original payment method.


Please Note

  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We do not offer compensation for shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank
