All of our orders are shipped via USPS which allows us to offer some the lowest priced shipping rates you'll find online. International orders are handed off to the local postal carrier upon arriving in the destination country and will vary depending on the destination country.
We are proud to ship our entire inventory worldwide. Since shipping rates can vary, you can estimate your costs by adding items to your cart and using the Shipping Rate Calculator found on the "Edit Cart" page. Please note that International orders may be subject to additional customs fees depending on the location and cost of the order. No Shave Life is not responsible for any of these fees, so please plan accordingly.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days outside of any unexpected issues. If you'd like to have your order processed more quickly, we do offer a rush option that can be found when choosing your shipping method. All rush orders are processed first at the beginning of every day and typically get shipped within 1 business day of placing your order.
In short, we accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when you receive your order as long as the item is unworn and in new condition. You can find the complete details about our return and exchange policy here.

Due to the quantities we order from our headwear manufacturer, as well as the brand guidelines we use for No Shave Life, we are unable to make any custom hats.
