Who is your preferred shipping carrier?

All of our orders are shipped via USPS which allows us to offer some the lowest priced shipping rates you'll find online.

Do you ship your products Internationally?

Not at this time.

After placing my order, how long can I expect to wait before the package is shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days outside of any unexpected issues. If you'd like to have your order processed more quickly, we do offer a rush option that can be found when choosing your shipping method. All rush orders are processed first at the beginning of every day and typically get shipped within 1 business day of placing your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

What do I need to do to become a sponsor/ambassador?

Currently we are not taking on any sponsors or ambassadors, however we are open to these programs in the future. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for the most up-to-date information regarding these opportunties.

Can you make me a custom hat with different colors?

Due to the quantities we order from our headwear manufacturer, as well as the brand guidelines we use for No Shave Life, we are unable to make any custom hats.
